Heartland Pest Control was founded on a simple principle: customers deserve better.

Our founder spent more than 20 years managing apartment communities throughout Central Ohio. During that time, he worked with numerous pest control companies and was often frustrated by the lack of attention to detail, inconsistent service, and poor communication provided by many vendors. Too often, technicians rushed through treatments, overlooked problem areas, and failed to deliver the level of care residents expected.

Determined to provide a better solution, he took matters into his own hands and became a licensed pesticide applicator in the State of Ohio in 2018. What began as a commitment to improving pest control services within the properties he managed quickly grew into a passion for helping people solve pest problems the right way.

In 2022, Heartland Pest Control was officially established to bring that same level of care, professionalism, and accountability to homeowners, landlords, property managers, and businesses throughout the community.
